Terms of Service

GymTime AI is a workout planning and logging app. It generates a weekly training plan based on the machines and equipment you tell us are available to you, lets you log sets, and lets you ask an AI assistant to adjust the plan in plain language.

The AI assistant is software. It is not a personal trainer, not a medical device, and not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Train within your ability and stop if you feel pain.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are between 16 and 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and agrees to them on your behalf.

You can use the app without an account. Sign in with Apple is optional and is used to sync your training data between your devices. You are responsible for keeping your Apple ID secure.

The Service offers three paid plans: Monthly at $5.99/month, Annual at $39.99/year (with a 7-day free trial), and a one-time Lifetime purchase at $79.99. Prices may vary by country and currency.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple through your App Store account and auto-renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.

Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy. We are not able to issue refunds directly for App Store purchases.

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service;
• use the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content;
• share or resell your subscription or attempt to bypass paywalls;
• use the Service in a way that interferes with other users or the integrity of the system.

The Service, including its design, code, exercise library, copy, and branding, is owned by WISE IT SRL and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your training data — the sets and notes you log — belongs to you.

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that causes harm. We will notify you by email or in-app before terminating where reasonably possible.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISE IT SRL disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. You train at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WISE IT SRL's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. EU consumers retain the mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Oradea, Romania, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
